There is nothing better than a nice sun-soaked lunch on the beach, and if you're eating on the beach you should really be eating fish. There are lots of different fish dishes to try out, obviously, but one where you can't go wrong is the fritto misto di pesce - a mixed plate of fried fish, usually including prawns (gamberi, squid (Seppia) - usually in the form of squid rings, making them much more attractive to kids - octopus (polipo) and sardines (sardine - that was easy eh!).

Hats off to the Habana Cafe at beach #44, for this particular plate!
