Rimini's Main Street?

What is the main street in Rimini called, where tourists can stroll, shop and lunch?
(Tove ,Norway)

Rimini as a city is divided into two main zones - the historic city centre, and the beachfront. There's about two kilometers between them. As a result, there are two very different 'main' streets.

The Beachfront

For most tourists visiting Rimini, the long street that runs parallel to the beachfront, starting as Viale Amerigo Vespucci (from Piazza Fellini), and which becomes Viale Regina Elena, is considered the 'main' street. It has supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants to cater for all your needs. It's simple to find, as it is one street in from the beachfront, and runs for kilometers, all the way to Riccione.

The Historic Centre

For most Riminese, though, the 'main' street is the Corso d'Agosto, which runs from the Arco D'Agosto, through Piazza Tre Martiri, and on to the Ponte di Tiberio. On this street you'll find bars, restaurants and shops - in particular you'll find larger department stores here as well.
